Job description Handles and generates documentation of various Export shipments ie Bill of Lading, Export Declaration, Certificate of Origin. Coordinates and ensure booking with shipping lines, forwarders, shippers, agents, trucking and account representative of all Export shipments. Provide notice of any hindrance of booking approval. Communicates and inform shipper/consignee of shipment status, tracking and trace of vessel movement until arrival at destination. Immediately advise shipper/consignee of any concerns or delays encountered. Prepares monthly Export shipment reports and submit to immediate superior.
