Responsibility:

The Export Documents Staff will be responsible of all international customer orders from order placement

to completion Acting as the liaison with all parties to ensure a smooth and complete transaction from booking to arrival at

destination. The Export Documents Staff will produce accurate shipping documentation; oversee all aspects of the

container shipment (from assisting customers/suppliers with bookings to the containers’ arrival at port).

Gain knowledge and expertise with each customer’s requirements and implement change to streamline the process.

This person will report directly to the Head Officer for Export.


HR Assistant
Female, 25-30yrs old, 4year Business Graduate and/or HRM

2years Minimum experienced

Responsibility:

Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties.

Helps with the implementation of company services, programs, policies and regulations

Act as liaison of the company to different government agencies e.g. SSS, PHILHEALTH, PAG IBIG, BIR, DOLE, etc.

Maintains, updates, coordinates with concern providers and assists in complying the requirements for the       

processing of all insurance policies as required for the Company and Employees.

Source and coordinates with possible vendors for Company give-aways, uniforms, fire extinguishers’ annual  

refill, venue for company events and summer outings.
